Which delivery service will be delivering my meal?
At the end of placing a delivery order, you will be notified which delivery service your food order has been sent to, along with the phone number to contact them with questions or concerns regarding your order.
When are you open?
Each independent delivery service and restaurant has its own hours of operation. Restaurant/delivery service hours are clearly marked during the order placing process. The FoodGetters system will prevent you from placing a delivery/pickup order when a restaurant or delivery service is closed.
What does it cost?
FoodGetters charges NOTHING ADDITIONAL for use of our system. There are NO HIDDEN FEES. Our partner restaurants and Restaurant Delivery Services set all prices. Each independent restaurant delivery service has its own delivery fee structure. You can usually expect to pay anywhere from $3.99 to $6.99 for delivery, depending upon your location.
Do I have to tip the driver?
Drivers receive a portion of the delivery fee to cover car expenses. Additional compensation comes from tips. A gratuity comparable to what you would tip inside a restaurant is appreciated, but not required.
How long does it take for delivery?
Typically it takes about an hour for a delivery service to deliver a prepared meal to a customer.
Is everything on the delivery menu the same as in the restaurant?
Some items may not be available for delivery because of their limited availability or because they do not travel well. Prices are subject to change without notice.
What about drinks?
Most delivery services offers cans of soda and bottled water from their house menu for an additional charge.
Can I cancel my order?
Once a restaurant has started an order, it cannot be canceled.
