FoodGetters.com is an information and food ordering services broker. In most cases, we are not the actual entity responsible for the charges placed on credit card accounts.

Payment information collected on our web site is securely forwarded to to our partner and affiliate organizations who are then in term responsible for account charges, customer service, and account refunds in the case of disputes.

In some cases, Restaurants and Restaurant Delivery Services elect to have FoodGetters.com provide credit card charging services. In all cases, however since the actual products are still provided by the Restaurant or Restaurant Delivery Service, refunds must still be initiated by these third-party services, and customer service disputes.

In all purchases, the Restaurant or Restaurant Delivery Service is clearly indicated on the customer receipt for all orders. All matters regarding customer disputes or refund issues should be directed towards the company listed on the receipt.
